The Northwest Commission has been privileged to have had Dr. Ron Larsen, Senior Vice President, as a colleague for four years. Ron Larsen has retired from the Commission, effective July 1, 2024; however, he will continue to support NWCCU’s efforts on a part-time basis through August 11, 2024. Ron has been an integral part of NWCCU and has made significant and lasting contributions to the Commission. He played a crucial role in helping promote NWCCU’s path to incorporate information systems technology into the support of excellence in higher education and accreditation. As one of four staff liaisons, Ron supported his portfolio of NWCCU member institutions to achieve excellence. NWCCU thanks Ron for his dedication to this organization and for helping establish a strong foundation for excellence in higher education and accreditation.
